Hello, my name is Christian, and I’m the owner of JM Land Solutions, LLC. We’re a family-owned real estate company based in Ohio. While we primarily focus on buying land with development potential, we’re also very interested in acquiring land for its recreational value.
I am a full-time real estate professional. Before starting my land-focused real estate company in 2017, I worked as a real estate agent helping people buy and sell their homes. During that time, I also gained experience working with a house renovation company. In 2018, I decided to retire my real estate license and pursue land opportunities full-time.
At JM Land Solutions, we bring expertise to every part of the process, including land evaluation, making cash offers, working with respected title and escrow companies, providing easy and friendly communication, and ensuring the safe and secure delivery of your money once the sale is complete.

To guarantee a smooth and secure transaction, we will always use a neutral third party to handle the transfer and recording of the closing paperwork, deed, and your payment. For transactions over $5,000, we will work with reputable title companies such as First American Title, Chicago Title, and Stewart Title to close the sale. For smaller transactions under $5,000, if our in-house title search comes back clear, we may elect to hire a traveling notary to meet you at a convenient time and location of your choice. The notary will deliver a cashier’s check and assist with signing the new deed and associated paperwork.
This notary closing method allows us to save substantially on title closing costs, which means those savings can be passed on to you in the form of a higher offer. No matter which closing method we use, I will always cover all title, escrow, notary, and related closing costs in full. I’m even willing to take on your back property taxes, within reason. The price we agree upon is the amount you will receive when the sale is complete.
